The group

SidarGlobal Advisors is an investigative and advisory group working at the seam between legal risk and commercial decision-making. Our work has been instructed by law firms conducting client intake and conflict checks, by private equity and corporate acquirers testing a target's story, by exporters and distributors examining a new counterparty, and by compliance teams answering sanctions and beneficial- ownership questions.

Over two decades the same pattern has repeated: the decisive facts are almost always in the public record — a gazette notice, an insolvency filing, a court docket, a regulator's register, a tax debtor list — but they sit in the wrong language, behind an unindexed portal, or under a name spelled three different ways. Finding them is craft, not luck.

Why we built CheckRisk

Traditional diligence is priced and paced for the largest transactions. The mid-market deal, the new distributor, the incoming client with an unfamiliar corporate history — these rarely justify a five-figure engagement, so in practice they get a search engine query and a hope. That is where the losses actually happen.

CheckRisk encodes our house methodology into a research engine: jurisdiction source maps, multilingual search, source tiering, confidence labelling and a red-team review pass, run at a fixed fee and delivered in days rather than weeks. Fixed fees — Level A at $750, Level B at $1,500, Level C at $5,000 — with no à-la-carte surprises.

How we work

Every material finding rests on a primary source or corroborated reputable reporting, and each one carries a confidence label — confirmed, probable, unverified or contradicted — with its citation. Claimed relationships are checked from both sides. Namesakes are actively separated rather than quietly merged. We state what was searched and not found, because absence of a record is not exoneration.

Research is conducted in the subject's operating language as well as English. Our jurisdiction source maps for Turkey, the United States and the European Union are maintained in-house; for other jurisdictions we build the equivalent map for the matter and say so in the report.

What we are honest about

The engine produces the open-source intelligence layer to a high standard, quickly. It does not replicate licensed-database subscriptions, human-source networks, or a liability-bearing partner sign-off. Where a question needs those, we say so in the report and route it to the human step — our Level C bespoke tier, where field intelligence is authored by our own analysts and kept visibly separate from the open-source trail.

CheckRisk is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, and our reports are research products, not formal compliance opinions.
